Ruben Acosta invoiced to the FIVB several times, in order to collect their supposed commissions, each time Franz Schmied approved the invoices.
He used in the invoices two alleged consulting offices: In the 2000: Bufete R.Acosta y Asociados
And in the 2002: Bufete de Consultores Asociados. Both supposed offices used the address and telephone numbers of the FIVB MEXICO Office, in San Francisco Street 624, Colonia del Valle D.F. Mexico, while we have to say that the FIVB pays for those offices USD 350.000 a year.
We also attach the Certification, presented by the FIVB accountant Francois Guedon, attesting the payments “officially” made by the FIVB to Ruben Acosta since 1996
